We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery in case the product is found damaged or defective.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchange

Eligible:

  • If there is a manufacturing defect we will take the responsibility.
  • If the product is not as per the specifications mentioned on the website.
  • Returns are accepted within 2 days from receiving the order.
  • Please email the unboxing video and defect picture along with your order number to omidfashionaccessories@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours or earlier.

Not Eligible:

  • Items bought on discount will not be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom size items cannot be returned.
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Monogrammed items and Made-to-Order items (including Necklace Sets and Belts) are not eligible for return.
  • If the order is more than 2 days old from the date of delivery, it is not eligible for return.

General Conditions:

  • In case of return or exchange, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Reverse logistics (pickup) charges will be borne by the customer as per actual cost.
  • Based on the return criteria above, please initiate your return request via our contact page at www.omidfashion.com

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • If the order was placed as Cash on Delivery (COD), please share your bank details (Account number, Account holder name, and IFSC code) by email to omidfashionaccessories@gmail.com mentioning your order number.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cancellation

If your order has already been shipped/dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
